Primping My Pumpkins

Posted: October 25th, 2009 | Author: Katie | Filed under: Simple Solutions |

After our annual trip to the pumpkin patch, I thought this year our pumpkins needed a little primping. Out came some ribbon, a hanging photo holder, stickers and mod podge.

All dressed up with no where to go. I’m looking forward to these guys staying put through Thanksgiving!

And folks, this is how spooky I get…

LOVE the 1st one, especially but both are very cute. I need to go and get mine but I plan on doing an “s” like your other ones. I was going to carve it in, but if I do the paper, it will last longer. Good idea!

I don’t decorate for the different holidays (except Christmas) because my personality likes to have my house what I call ‘normal.’ I do love to see everyone elses fall decorations. Very cute pumpkins:)

I like how you have done some non-conventional pumpkin decorations.

    Good for you!

I love the initial one - I”m going to try to do that for my kid’s teachers this year (if I can get out to the store in all the snow that is hitting us today!)

I cannot BELIEVE the talent you have. Yay! The pillow-turn-fall-with-a-leaf is a fantastic idea. Thank you for sharing it.
